Renal Calculi Prevention
Following food are harmful for Renal calculi due to their high oxalate content.
Patients with calcium oxalate stones are required to limit their intake of calcium. There are few food which has got high oxalate are harmful for renal calculi.
However there is still dispute between doctors regarding formation of oxalate store. According to many the oxalate contact in food does not have major role in formation of oxalate store.
It's better not to take the following food in excess, because if taken in large amount it definitely increases the chance of renal calculi formation.
