1 Cup Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Spoon Baking Powder
3 Egg White
3 Spoon lime Juice
5 spoon Oil
1/2 Cup Cherry small pieces
1/4 Spoon Salt
1) Take the lime juice and mix it with egg white, oil, wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2) With the help of a spatula / spoon mix it for 5-10 minutes.
3) Now add cherry pieces into it.
4) Take a non-stick pan and bake at 350 degree C for an hour. Check with a toot pick (insert tooth pick in the cake and it should come out clean).
5) Wait for some time to cool down.
6) Cut the Indian Cherry Cake into small pieces and serve.
