1 Cup Mac-aroni
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
5 Onions (Chopped)
1/2 Cup chopped Capsicum
2 Spoon Chilly Souse
1/2 Cup Tomato Souse
1 Spoon Vinegar
1/2 Spoon Soya Sauce
2-3 Cloves of Garlic
2 spoon oil
1/2 spoon Azinomoto salt
1) Boil the mac-aroni for 2 minutes, leave it for some time and strained it
2) Cook the garlic and onion in oil (till onion becomes light brown).
3) Add Soya, chilli & tomato sauce, vinegar into it. Cook it for 2 minutes.
4) Add chopped capsicum, cottage cheese and boiled mac-aroni in the above.
5) Add a pinch of azinomoto salt.
6) Cook it for 3 minutes.
7) Hot Serve Mac and Cheese during lunch / dinner.
