250 grams of Corn Flour
1 Reddish
1 Carrot
2 Green chilli
100 gram chopped Green Fenugreek (methi)
Salt as per taste
1) Grate reddish and carrot in the 'makke' flour. Add chopped green chilli and fenugreek.
2) Make dough of it with luke worm water.
3) Cut it into small pieces and roll like Roti (Chapati) on plastic sheet (ref Fig 1).
4) Bake it on Tawa . Bake makke ki roti on low flame.
5) Apply some butter before serving.
6) Serve Makke ki Roti with sarson ka saag in Lunch & Dinner.
